Welcome back to The White Lotus, where the sunsets are stunning, the food is five-star, and the emotional breakdowns are complimentary.
This time, we’re in Thailand. Think: luxury wellness retreat meets spiritual rich white people. Many overpriced smoothies and unresolved trauma. Everyone’s here to heal— or at least that’s the plan. (Apart from Rick)
Season 3 dives headfirst into spiritual tourism, exposing the absurdity of rich Westerners chasing enlightenment while being the most un-self-aware people alive.
The cast is unhinged in the best way: Jason Isaacs, Parker Posey, Aimee Lou Wood and many more bring tension, mystery, and just enough suspicion to keep you guessing. The returning themes? Jealousy, class divides, intimacy issues — but with more incense and linen pants.

There’s are soo many unhinged lines this season, I will just name you the very best:
“Rick, the lady in the airport thought you were my dad, okay? You should get a gentlemans facial” – Chelsea to her boyfriend Rick
Thats just so iconic I dont care! But I dont blame her, men should also do skincare, its 2025!
And can we talk about the vibe?
My personal soundtrack for the season is “Track 10” by Charli XCX — chaotic beauty, repressed rage, and haunting synths? It’s giving everything this season is. Put it on while watching and suddenly the tension triples.
So is this the best season yet? Honestly… maybe. It’s less sexy than Season 2, but it’s smarter. More eerie. Like it’s slowly crawling under your skin — in a good way.
Final thoughts:
Come for the spiritual vibes, stay for the breakdowns.
And remember: at The White Lotus, nobody leaves healed. They just leave with better luggage.
Rating: 9.25/10
Hot people. Dark thoughts. Gorgeous chaos.
